Carlos and Joel came out today to replace our main sewer drain, and they both did a fantastic job! They arrived on time, caused minimal damage to our yard, finished the job two days early, and were several thousand dollars cheaper than competitive quotes. I would definitely use Hope Plumbing again and would recommend them to others!

Few hiccups with timing and scheduling but if you’re the type of person to complain about this you don’t know how field work goes. All that matters is they called to let me know things went south and resolved it to my satisfaction.

The plumbers that performed the service were professional, courteous, and hard working. In eight hours they ran new lines and drain for a washer and repiped two baths, kitchen, three spigots, and the water heater. It’s an older home with a lot of “rigging,” they fought each obstacle and won, no cut corners or sorry aboutcha’s.

Greenwood owned and operated, the owner stopped in on his way home to see how it was going, had stories of doing work for my grandfather.

Can’t comment on the price because I’m unfamiliar but seemed reasonable for the work performed at $3600.

Recommended for anyone in the area.

Joel was absolutely awesome! He is very knowledgeable, does what is in the best interest of the customer, got everything done very quickly - especially with how complicated the situation was, and always kept me updated throughout the entire process. Would give six stars if I could!

I had a water heater installed by Brad I believe and great experience. Done same day we had them out for a shut off valve replacement which also went great. Problem only when we decided to have a water line ran for the ice maker with tech named Paul who did very shabby job, didn’t replace what he was supposed to and claimed they didn’t do filters for the fridge as well. Had a supervisor I think Greg meet at the house and he agreed it wasn’t anywhere near the service they expect to see from their installers and explained what they would do the following day. Put the valve on I already paid for , the filter would be put on and also another valve in the back of the fridge and make sure there was enough to pull fridge out all at no additional charge to me since I already paid $350.00 and would personally come by and check the work himself. Sounded great but Paul was the one who came back again. Called me at work and I had to argue about the job which is crazy to argue as I’m the costumer and said if I wanted the filter I had to pay additional ( only a $14 filter but still wasn’t the point) not sure what they would have charged, and said if he put a service valve in back of fridge that I wouldn’t be able to pull fridge out without stressing the line and possible leaking.also put filter under sink and said it would be a better place then behind the fridge but it’s actually not. It’s behind the garbage disposal so looks like a pain when I go to change it not to mention it was supposed to be after the copper water line not before it. I really didn’t have time to be on phone at work with him but I already called the office 3x that day because I wasn’t paying more then I already had for the job. Nobody showed to check his work, nobody called me from the office, I feel the work is ok at best but not what the supervisor said would be installed but my maintanance man at work heard me arguing about the stuff with Paul in the break room since I had it on speaker phone and said he would fix when he had a day to do so if the supervisor didn’t have it taken care of. I also didn’t understand a almost $100 charge for diagnosis? I knew what I wanted and wasn’t told of any diagnosis fee. Only part and labor fee and a $29 show up fee which would be deducted if they did the work. Only looked at Bill closer because no one could believe it cost 350.00 for a ice maker water line to be ran

When Josh arrived, he was very friendly, answering my questions, and immediately identified and fixed the problem. I’ll certainly be calling them for future (and pre-planned ?) plumbing needs.
