Godby replaced my 20+ year old furnace and A/C with new and efficient Trane components, along with a smart thermostat. From sales consultant Duwayne to installers Joe and Luke, everyone was pleasant to interact with. We ran into a small problem during the installation which could not have been foreseen, but it was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. The new system has only been running for about an hour, but I have high hopes.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Had Dan Mold Dog!!! come and work on our basement and crawlspace. He did a fantastic job cleaning and sealing these areas! He was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. I would definitely recommend asking for him if anyone needs similar work done.
