Late Friday evening we discovered we had no hot water. The thermostat went out and pilot light would not stay lit on our water heater. I called the plumber who installed and they couldn’t come out until Monday..ugh. Said they needed to pre-order parts first…hmmm. Anyway, next morning, I searched web and found Mark’s site & number. Gave him a call and he provided advice on how to reset. Kept my fingers crossed and did what he advised. Worked great! Hot water again and was saved $250! Good, free advice hard to come by these days; especially when most plumbers would want to come out and charge $$$$$. Just shows what type of decent business Mark operates. Next time I have a plumbing problem I know to call Mark.

Loved Travis the tech. Not happy with the pricing though. Didn’t have the faucet fixed just had a shutoff put in. Wasn’t quoted that you do not fix the faucet but only replace. Mine was in the absolute most accessible location it could be. Also the ad said free quotes. Mine was 71.00 service call no matter what. Was supposed to be called ahead. The tech didn’t have the correct phone numbers. I showed the one I sent in the message.

They have great service! Marvin came by and fixed our water heater. He was very knowledgeable and helped us understand what was wrong. He gave us information on how to prevent it in the future and was a nice guy. Would definitely recommend The Final Touch.

We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
