The team from Rinder Electric was professional and knowledgeable. Our electrician quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my electrical panel. We called RC Electric and had Ryan come out to give us a quote on running a sub-panel and the electrical rough-in for our basement renovation. He showed up on time, answered all my questions, and was knowledgeable. It wasn't until we got the itemized quote that we were upset. Out of 7 different electricians we received quotes from, RC Electric was by far the highest. They wanted to charge us $10,150 for the same job that I just paid $5,500 for. Even the second highest estimate was only $7,500. So why was I being charged so much more you ask? Answer: Marked up parts and almost double labor costs. A simple example was the cost of the 100-Amp sub-panel. RC Electric wanted to charge me $879 just for the sub-panel and that doesn't include the breakers or the cost of running the wire from the main panel to the new sub-panel. The electrician I used only charged $350 for a 100-Amp sub-panel parts and that included the cost of the breakers. As I read further through the rest of the quote, it was the same thing repeated. Price increases on everything. I will never use RC Electric even if they did amazing work. Take some advice from me and always get 5-7 quotes for the same job so you don't get screwed out of your hard earned money.

Our experience with Armstead Electric was super great! We needed our breakers updated and new wires and outlets put in for our future garbage disposal. Antwon came out immediately for a free estimate and listened to all my electrical concerns with our new house ! He had to pull our dishwasher out and even fixed the wire on it for no extra charge. He was very helpful and even educated my husband on how to do things for our outlets instead of trying to upsell me for more work! We appriciated that. He worked around our schedule and was super fast, efficient, and friendly! I will definitely use this company for all of my future electrical needs and recommend to others.

I am extremely disgusted and angered by the lack of professionalism and lack of response from this company. Your company did the wiring for homes on the southside of Indianapolis. My sunroom has been completely without power for a little over 1 week. I scheduled an appointment for Monday, February 21st, a day I had off from work. The receptionist/office manager scheduled me for the time period of 1 to 4. I waited and called at 3pm to verify that someone was still coming out. I was told that some would be here within the hour. Well, as I write this, it is 6:24pm and no one has called or shown up. I've wasted 1/2 a day waiting and missed several opportunities to do things as well as have another company come out to assist. No one, NO ONE, had the descent courtesy to even call to notify me of any changes, etc... I will be sure to not recommend this company to anyone and will report this incident to the BBB.

I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am that no one even bothered to call or notify me of any changes. I understand that things happen, but to just be brushed off completely? Not acceptable! This was 100% unprofessional and flat out rude!
