Since 2016, we've used Hope Plumbing for our 1940s-era bungalow in Broad Ripple. We really appreciate the extensive experience of Hope Plumbing's technicians and the superb quality of their work. In particular, Richard V did a terrific job replumbing our entire house in Jan 2022. We knew we needed to remove the original, corroded galvanized pipe as part of our renovation. Richard walked us through our options, and we decided on Uponor PEX type A (expansion fittings). Now in Sep 2022, everything continues to work beautifully. Thank you so much! Michael, the owner, came out in June and did some repairs on the septic. He was very nice at the time and told me to contact him with any issues or if the repair didn't fix the problem. After a dry summer, the issues didn't show till late fall. I called multiple times to tell him the repair didnt work. He never returned my call. The receptionist said she gave him 3 or 4 messages to call me and he wasn't responding so she gave me a number to call another company. The issue is I think the current problem is due to the June repair. Now I have to start over with someone else...
