Pro: Roto-Rooter was convenient and timely. Unlike another plumbing company I called, they gave me a 4-hour window (as opposed to an 8 hour window), and provided updates on the technicians ETA. Jeff was my technician. He was courteous and professional.Con: I've had a very slow draining sink that I've tried fixing myself to no avail. Roto-Rooter charged $360 to snake my sink drain, to only receive a 75% improvenent (technician's description) in the drain.Pro: There's a 6 month warranty. Jeff took the time to answer my questions, explain a few things to me, and clean up the mess.Con: I probably could have done this myself for much, much less. I don't know if I will use Roto-Rooter again because of price.

Bill said he could come the next day, and he did. He took out water heater, took it to Lowes, got a new one, installed it, had to make a trip for hardware since the old one wouldn't drain, and replaced a leaky pipe and put in a new valve. He checked all of the faucets in the house to make sure they all worked. He also swept up the mess before he left. I was VERY pleased with his work, very professional but personable, and the young man who came to help was just as polite and pleasant. I highly recommend!
