R. Willson /Indianapolis..came to my home 11/4 to for a yearly maintenance check on my fairly new unit($10,000). First he tried to say the wires were not working, the heat was still not on ,it was turned off and needed to warm up ( that would have cost $$$$$ to repair). Then he changed the filter on the furnace which I have always done after the (serviceman suggest it), and after Mr. R. Wilson left I notice he did not replace the tiny screw that closed the the filter cover...HE LOST IT . and said nothing like i would not notice it. Unreal.... NEVER AGAIN. I actually did a commercial for this company that was shot in Carmel, IN that aired on TV about 7 years ago.... ridiculous. I usually use MISTER QUICK, but they were booked, that is the only reason why I went went to Williams Comfort AIR...NEVER AGAIN. Mr. Wilson had the nerve to insinuate that he was a Christian man....LOL NEVER AGAIN!!!
