Thane and Ryan did an outstanding job with my water heater installation and it was not an easy job due to the age of my home. Thane is a passionate plumber and his communication skills and positive attitude makes him trustworthy. Ryan worked with me to resolve problems in a kind and caring way. Further, the day after the completion of my service I received a follow up courtesy call from the office.

Ben Franklin sent two service technicians out to do a small job. They were able to get it done the day after I called in my request. The two gentlemen patiently answered all the questions I had, even ones not related to the current job. I would easily recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing based on this experience with them.

I have used them a couple of times now. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to schedule my repair quickly. Repairs were done to code. No one wants to have to do sewer work, but they made it very easy for us!

When I had a leak from my hot water line in the small crawlspace of my 100 yr old home, I called one of the plumbers from the radio. I called these guys out to get a quote on some plumbing work but then, the night before they showed up, my sump pump died!

So, I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to replace my sump pump, clear my slow drains, replace a couple of shutoff valves, and locate our septic tank when all I was expecting was a quote for some work!

They showed up on time, were very polite, showed me why my tub was draining so slow, and explained some possible solutions.

They also went through all my options for doing the plumbing work I was considering and referred me to a bathroom remodeling professional that could help me too.

Repair to kitchen pipes and ice maker box installed for new cabinet install was done. Employees were courteous and professional. They even cleaned up the mess!

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Recently, I had George's come re-plumb my entire house due to several issues in the 1940's plumbing that was here. The price was very fair and the process was quick. They replaced water heater, softener, main line in the house, all water and drain lines including main sewer run, bathtub, kitchen and bathroom sinks and vanities, and installed our R/O drinking water system. It works better now than it ever has. Not to mention, the installation looks very clean.

Damaged my floors - Had a water heater with a defunct gas valve. They came to replace it. A few days later I noticed the floor buckled with water damage. Pulled the plank up closest to the water heater and there was standing water under it. Extends to the wall of my laundry room. No damage near the washer so the obvious source is the water heater. Old one not leaking. New one not leaking. Used towels to clean water during install so there was a water issues at that time. They ignored my first call and contact via website. Second call they answered but took no accountability for the damage. Laughed at the suggestion the replace the damaged area. Unprofessional. Unaccountable. Bad hearted person to leave the job like that and leave the homeowner to deal with it.
