Best Clearing Clogged Drains in Indianapolis IN

Nathan was the best. Really. He didn't mind me asking questions. He went above and beyond explaining everything that he was doing and why he was doing such. (I had a pinhole leak in the copper pipe from my water heater.) Nathan knew that the shut off valves above the water heater were not good and replaced them both so that I would not have another problem anytime soon. He is also a dog lover. Instead of asking me to lock my dogs away he loved on them as he did his job professionally. (All 3 are 60lb + and the most needy was my pit bull. )
This is the 2nd time I've used Pristine Plumbing and it won't be the last.
Nathan, keep being the honest, sweet, above and beyond young man that you are. The world needs more people like you! Had a home built and L.D. Smith Plumbing came highly recommended in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas for any plumbing needs. I had them install a water softener that was recommended by them. Was given estimate prior to plumber showing up to do the work and it never exceeded the original estimate given to me. They contacted me by phone and via text prior to showing up which they were on time. He was very nice and professional and we are very happy with the service they provided. We took a years worth of maintenance checks and tune ups with a new installation of HVAC - furnace and compressor with all house humidifier - and learn more about how good our system is (and our homes maintenance and repair condition and needs) each time a tech comes through. This tech communicated excellently and took his time to do a good job. Happy with our service! 5 stars for Alan - furnace and humidifier maintenance tech. (4 stars for overall experience including installation and all other maintenance techs over the last two years.)

I had a guy named william from this company come out. He did awesome! He was only there for about 5 minutes. I couldn’t seem to get my water to turn on. He came in and worked his magic and boom water! Lol He was great at explaining everything to me if i have any other issues i will definitely be using this company again! Thank you!
