Interesting how the reviews with only 1 or 2 star reviews have absolutely not one apology. These people will rip you off in a heartbeat and not think anything of it. In fact they'll defend their position without even attempting to solve the problem or work with you to compromise. They talk OVER you when you try to explain, they're rude, bossy, and just plain mean. Not the old WCA who used to be wonderful. They charged me $400 for a $15 part and when I tried to pay for the part and labor what I thought was fair... they insisted the entire amount. Im on a fixed income and don't have a job. I was willing to pay what was fair by other HVAC standards but Willians Co. Is too greedy and nasty. They won't get a cent from me unless they work with me. DONT USE THEM...THEY ARE CROOKS!!! (Just my opinion)

On time, professional and knowledgeable

Quentin did a hot water replacement in a rental I own, and replaced a couple toilets. The floor under one was rotten from leaks and he did a good job of repair, re-floor (vinyl sheet flooring) and replacing toilets. All done quickly and coordinated from out of state. Highly recommend.

Mr. Brown is a true professional! I first contacted him in July for an issue with my toilet running non-stop. Mr. Brown was able to come out and check it within 15 minutes of me calling him. Once here, he determined it would need to be replaced, which he was able to do right then. Within 45 minutes I had a new toilet working perfectly! He cleaned up his work area and hauled away my old toilet.

I had inquiried about installing a water softener, which he recommended would help with keeping my toilet in working condition. Our water was very hard on our pipes.

So, now a few months later, I called him on a Monday and he was here, on time, Wednesday morning to install a water softener.

His communication is top notch!  He answered both times I called him for help and he replied to messages quickly. He even kept me informed throughout the whole process of installation of the softener because I was not present and he was working with my husband.

His prices we very reasonable, especially for the quality of work you receive. He also has coupons available on his website.

I would highly recommend Mr. Brown for your plumbing needs!

Tyler was awesome! I had a plumbing emergency in my basement and he was very quick to respond and get it all taken care of for me in a time of panic. Very reasonably priced and super professional. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his business! Definitely recommend!!

I had Phil from Prime Plumbing and drains out at my new house to check out our sump pump and get a quote for battery back. He gave me a couple options. I went with a combo kit for a new sump and battery up. Came the next day and installed everything. Super professional, informative, and quick.

I wouldn’t use anyone else other than Max Haas. Their professionalism is top notch and they showed up exactly when they said they would. Their pricing was better than any other local company as well. We will continue to use them in the future!

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.

FYI: No parts sales to general public.
