HIGHLY RECOMMEND! While attending to a foundation issue, we discovered a break in the sewer line. Speed and availability were crucial as the excavation was underway and I had a big hole next to my house. So the line problem needed to be fixed and fixed fast so the other job could be finished as well. l was in danger of getting stuck with a big hole for a number of days and dying shrubbery that had been temporarily displaced.. I sent out the Bat-Signal and reflexively initially called upon some the big plumbing names; long long delays were quoted. Mike, at Service 1 Plumbing, personally answered my phone call. He immediately fit me in to take a look. (I think he was here within about a half-hour, on his way to another job). He diagnosed the problem; identified the cause; came up with a plan; and quoted me a very reasonable rate. He worked cooperatively with the other contractor on site and my sewer-line problem was resolved within a few hours--well ahead of his initial goal of resolving the problem before noon. Mike investigated other potential issues and determined there were no defects down the line. He also pointed out the extra steps he took to make the entire set up more secure than it had been following the original construction. I spoke with him afterwards. Mike has been doing it for 30+ years. He runs a small, professional, local business. He takes pride in his workmanship and service to the community. Obviously he takes ownership of his work product. In the world of contractors, I am always looking to find a guy who I can count on who does X. Mike is now forever more . . . my plumbing guy. You should consider making him yours. (By the way, guy in this case is intended to be a gender neutral term and only refers to a person (man or woman) who I can count on to be fast, fair and to do a good job (mechanic/electrician/HVAC, whatever)--if I had a gender-neutral term that captured the same arm's-length-small-business-owner vibe, I would have used it.) This is the third time I have used David and Aqueduct Plumbing to repair or refit plumbing in my 30 year old home. He is timely and gets back to you right away to see if it is an emergency. We've used Weilhammer Plumber MULTIPLE times. They're FANTASTIC! They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost. Very honest and frank about pricing, cause of damage, warranties, etc. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

The “mold dogs” from Indiana Residential did a fantastic job of going in the places at my home that no one wants to go in. They even bought me an 8 pack of Gatorade and put in my fridge. Will definitely use again but hope I don’t need them.

Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
