He even took pictures to show me what me what wasnt working properly with my Air conditioning unit. He sent out excellent techs to do the work. He explained to me how my warranty works and showed me how to look it up. He also worked with me on the pricing. I had just major Air conditioning repair in May with another company. Ripping people off. Take advantage of the situation where home owner doesn't know much about the issue. The water heater unit was working perfectly, then we had to shut down the gas line due to some work outside of the house. When the gas line turned back on, we couldn't able to lit on the gas on the water heater. I was away for business, wife called this riff off company and the technician came by and said the ignition fuse box has to be replaced, cost about $300 or so. After the replacing the part, the guy said the total cost is $952 for the job. What the heck? I could replace the entire unit including the water tank for $1000 or less. We have no choice but to pay for it because the work has already completed. Btw, they charge you $130/hr. BE AWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They said they in business since 1974, but that was just a horse shhhitttt.

I had been experiencing very low water pressure in my condominium, which the community had replaced the water pumps a year ago. I made an appointment with the owner of Sternenberg & Krohn to come and take a look. He looked at my kitchen faucet, and dismantled it. Turns out the pressure was fine, but I had a broken safety valve in the kitchen faucet which was causing the low water pressure. He also viewed my shower faucet and said I should soak it in vinegar or CLR to remove the calcium build up. All in all he was in my place 10-12 minutes. He said he didn't like to charge for things like this, so he wouldn't charge me. I got a bill in my mail a few days later for $140 for 10 minutes of work. I appreciate honesty and integrity, and if a person says he is not going to charge, I appreciate he stands by his words.

I hired Houston Premiere Plumbing to replace a shower faucet because I was experiencing a leak. I have ceramic tile in my shower therefore they had to knock out a couple of the tiles to replace the shower faucet. When they finished I noticed that my bathtub was chipped in several places that wasn't there before. This was clearly due to the workers not protecting the bathtub before breaking the ceramic tiles. I immediately called to report it and was told that someone would call me back. It's been almost two weeks and no one called. I then called today and again was told that someone would call me back. As the customer, I should haven't to pay for damage caused by the company I hired to do a job.
