Best Water Clean Up in Houston TX

Had Lucky's Plumbing visit twice in the last few weeks. Once for clogged drain line and once for broken gas line.They were right on time, fixed the issue quickly and professionally and the prices were quite reasonable.I will continue to use them whenever I have plumbing needs..Top notch operation.

Excellent service! I highly recommend Acacias Plumbing. Called them and they offered to be there the following morning (my issue was not an emergency). My schedule did not work for that so they came out the next day. The plumber who arrived was very knowledgeable and was happy to explain everything to me. He did not push any unnecessary fixes or upcharge me. He took his time to make sure my leak was fixed before packing up and leaving. I am so happy I have found a plumber that I trust!

Steve Barrera did an excellent job repairing our plumbing leak and persevered in searching for the right part to complete the

Two men came out to my home and looked down the drain using no instruments in March of 2017.... They said, that I needed to get someone to drain the septic tank. I contacted Coastal Plumbing, they came and did a complete scope of all of the lines, took care of the septic tank and completely repaired everything. My homeowners paid for the work, it was $14,000. Two years later, I receive a bill from Texas Drain Technologies, Inc. for $59.95 with a note that states: Is there some reason why you have not paid this invoice? TDT did the work and would like to be paid in full. It looks like it is signed with the initials DW First of all, TDT did not do any work whatsoever... I called today, 01/31/2019 to speak with someone about this invoice. The lady that answered was extremely rude and snickered at me over the phone. I always pay my bills immediately and on time. This is very very poor customer service. In addition, a highly unethical business practice.

Greg is professional, knowledgeable and polite. Excellent job installing a new water heater in a difficult location in our attic. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. A piece of my ceiling caved in and started dripping water everywhere. Kintex was there the next day, found the issue and fixed everything. They were on time and the plumber was very nice and efficient. I would definitely recommend and will use them again for any future issues.

Very very awesome. The two gentlemen who came to service my home were very respectful of my home. They communicated to me.what was going on so I could understand. They made sure everything was working good and no leaks left unheard, air in the pipes or sand in the pipes. They discovered 9 more leaks in my home that I didn't even know I had but thank goodness they found them because that answered so many other questions of why I was have other maintenance issues in the home. I would definitely recommend these two gentlemen.

Chris was very professional. Arrived on time, respectful of our property and worked cleanly and efficient. He answered all my questions about our system and went over the report after his maintenance.

Mike and his team replaced a hot water heater in my two story Energy Corridor which has a unique floor plan. The attic isn't very tall while my HVAC lines made maneuvering in the attic very difficult. He traced a missing TP line which other plumbers could not find. We have hot water now and passed city inspection. Thank you 24/7!

Will has taken care of big and small plumbing issues in my home. He made sure everything was done correctly. I have no worries about the quality of the work Will has done for me.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.
