OMG!!! The plumber was extremely informative, productive, kind, and he also did a wonderful job. Abacus is reliable and trustworthy. I was charged for 5 hours of work and, $160 in parts to sand and repaint the front side of a wooden door (in place), just paint the rear side of the door, and replace the weatherstripping under the door. This came to $760 before tax. A good deal of the time I was charged for was spent by the handyman making multiple trips to different (!) Home Depots when both a well-equipped hardware store and Sherwin Williams were within a short distance of my home. In addition, since the handyman accidentally leaked a trail of paint across about 60 feet in my townhome complex, I had to spend some of my time on a couple of extra days as he and a partner cleaned up the mess. Although the door looks fine, I see no advantage to using this company for anything else. Certainly, better value with less stress is available elsewhere.
