I called this company at 7:30am on Sat Aug 21, 2021. After giving my information, I was told the plumber would call. I have wasted the whole day waiting for a plumber. I called at three hour intervals only to be told at 3:25 PM no plumber is available today!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!

Thank you for coming out so promptly for an emergent situation the afternoon before a holiday! We were caught off-guard by a sudden overflow from one of our drains and most people weren't available until 2 days away, due to the holiday. Joel quickly arrived (within30 minutes of our call!), diagnosed the problem, fixed the issue In a timely manner and put my worries at ease. He was very professional and courteous-highly recommend!

My husband and I are beyond pleased with the service we received the past two days from Plumb Right. From the first phone call and immediate scheduling to signing the paperwork, this was truly a positive experience. We needed a procedure done to our master jacuzzi tub (new overflow and bottom drain) and our service technician, Frank, was honest with us up front about pricing and then very efficient with his work. Their prices are very reasonable for the area and they are very informative and happy to answer any questions you have beforehand. I just had a horrible experience with Joe The Plumber. I do not recommend them. Very poor Customer serrvice from the owner, believe it are not his name was Joe. They did some plumming work for me 2 weeks ago and never fixed my problem. They charged me almost $300.00 so i called them back to fix the problem and they wanted to charge me more money to come out. I asked for a credit for the work they did not fix and Joe called me a trouble maker. Joe says he does not give warranty on thier work that was a quote from Joe. I had to give a star so I could post this review.

Working with Jerry and the crew was a wonderful experience. They were professional, quick, and the repair was completely successfully!
