He listened to the description of the slow draining toilet, observed the problem, provided two options, recommended the simplest option first, explained what he was going to do, proceeded with the work, tested his work before showing me the results, allowed me to test the results, presented the bill in clear and legible writing and was professional and courteous. This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet.
