Best Septic Tank Maintenance in Houston TX

First of all they were suppose to come Sunday July 31 between 12 and 4.They did not show nor did they call to tell his they were not coming, we wasted all day waiting.We have used your company several times for that same issue.Clogged sink.While our issue was not fixed due to septic system.The rating is due to the no show/no call and the service tech not cleaning the floor area where he worked or wipe up his foot prints.Previous service techs wiped up the mess they made.This was not a huge mess but the snake left shavings.Not sure if it was rust or dried gunk from another job. Gross.A 60 sec attempt would have been appreciated.

I have a yearly inspection and he went over everything. So I called to make an appointment for a toilet repair because the reviews were good. The lady that answered the phone was very abrupt and was rushing me through the call. I was apprehensive in this moment about this business but I made the appointment, hour range 11am-1pm. When the latter hour of my appointment expired and no one had shown up or called, I called the business number. Some man answered and he kept hanging up the phone in my face. This happened at least 4 times. My experience with this company was terrible from the appointment stage. You must treat your customers (and potential) well.

Wish I could give a review of their actual work but after leaving work early for an a scheduled appointment that never showed even after several follow up calls (one if not two answered somewhat rudely) by the number listed here I’m not at all impressed.
