Neil did a great job; this is not the first time for Neil to do work for me through Nick's. As always, he was professional, gave great advice, was up front with costs, and never has he left a mess. I highly recommend Nick's.

We used a couple of other plumbers in the area over the past years, but I never felt like I got a good deal or a fair deal. So, when our sprinkler system main pipe started leaking, I let my yard guys take a whack at it. It still leaked and it was getting to the point that it was completely out of code. My wife called Blue Frog and I expected the same service as the other vendors in the past, but this time was different. They came over to just give me a quote, and they explained it all to me, what needed to be done, and gave me options. We let them replace the entire piece and they even wrapped our pipes for winter when they were done. I left feeling like I had a new plumber and I got a fair deal out of it. It’s like your AC or your car; you tend to be over a barrel it seems when it comes to these issues, and it is nice to see that there are companies out there that are honest.

Had Lucky's Plumbing visit twice in the last few weeks. Once for clogged drain line and once for broken gas line.They were right on time, fixed the issue quickly and professionally and the prices were quite reasonable.I will continue to use them whenever I have plumbing needs..Top notch operation.

SERVICE TECHNICIANS,RENNY AND TOMAS, CAME TO MY HOME LAST WEEK TO REPLACE A GAS LINE TO OUR GARAGE APARTMENT. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY. THEY WORKED QUIETLY AND ALMOST WITHOUT ANY BREAKS. FINISHED IN ONLY 5 HOURS. WHEN THEY LEFT, THE AREA WAS TOTALLY CLEANED UP. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TDT FOR PLUMBING REPAIRS.

Jose took his time to explain in detail the possibility of what the issue could be, while in process of repair showed where the actual issue was, and even provided post care instructions. Earlier last week y Water Heater broke down due to it being over 20 years old. The unfortunate thing is that I was left with the impression that a new Water Heater would cost me an arm and a leg. When I called Kintex and explained to their dispatcher what the situation was, she put me on hold and 5 minutes later a visit was scheduled.In the span of 3 days they came, looked and the water heater, gave me a reasonable price for the replacement and the labor, got a new unit and replaced it. From what I have heard from my friends and neighbors, water heater replacements usually take around 2-3 weeks to complete. In my case it took 2-3 days.
