Best Other Repairs in Houston TX

Requested plumber to fix sewer drainage issue. Plumber came and quoted $600 to use snake drain to get ride of the clog. I asked for warranty incase it was not a clog but the boss could not verify if it is actually clog or not so can not agree to warranty. So off the bat they have no clue what they are doing. I told plumber to proceed and after a while plumber could not find the clog. In the mean time it was getting late, I was asked to pay for half ($300) and was told plumber will come back tomorrow to use camera to find the issue. Throughout the process plumber was clueless about everything and calling his boss on the phone. The next day I went to find another plumber for half the price to find the issue. Would not recommend GEI plumbing at all. Overpriced and unqualified.

They have better than average service as far as doing excellent work and thoroughly explaining everything.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs. This company is very fortunate to have Mike as their employee!!

We have used them several times. Their work has been good but, I would advise to always, always get a quote before having them do work.Our last experience was frustrating and we may go else where next time. We had purchased a new toilet and all needed to install it, we called Joe the Plumber out to do the install. We knew that in the past they were quick, efficient and reasonable. Well that was a mistake..... the guy showed up , my husband had to help get the toilet out of the room. Then he installed it in less than 20 minutes and was bragging about how fast he did it....and then charged us $525 to install it. We felt cheated BIG Time! After about 2 weeks we had to install pieces of extra flooring under each side to get our toilet to tighten up to the floor and stop rocking. Very disappointed! They had always did us good before.
