Fast and professional. Dan was courteous and knew what he was doing. Price was fair. I would use them again.Update 2021 March - Premiere Plumbing was able to fit me in after my water heater at my office started leaking, despite all the shortages of plumbers after the TX Freeze. I will be a customer for life for all my residential and commercial plumbing needs. Best customer service.

Hector and team came out to fix a few miscellaneous things from a home inspection. He was very responsive and they always call or text regarding their ETA.All the work was done properly and tested and their invoice included pictures of the work and even some before/after photos where necessary.Best of all, they're respectful of property and wear shoe coverings inside (and they remove them outside! It's pointless to wear them outside AND inside the house) and clean up after themselves.

Had an appointment for Wednesday 5/11 to install a whole house surge protector. They called around noon to tell me they would not be able to meet the appointment and would have to reschedule. Rescheduled for Friday 5/13. Technician shows up and has no idea what I need done even though I explained that when I made the original appointment. Technician wasn’t sure he had the part on his truck but found one. Tells me the job will cost $ 1651.00. I showed him the exact same part at Lowe’s that cost $ 100.00. It takes an hour at the most to install. I told him to have a nice day. I could have saved Abacus a call and myself two wasted days of waiting for a technician if they would have given me an estimate. I guess this is how Abacus pays for that expensive TV and radio advertising. I have a licensed electrician coming Monday to this installation. Estimated cost $ 250.00.Update: Actual cost by licensed electrician was $ 245.00. The only thing you can count on is this company ripping you off.

This is the the worst company ever “the grand theft company”, they work completely unprofessional, they worked in my house for 12 days and everyday they would call me like at 8 am and would show up 3 or 4 hours later. They didn’t have the appropriate tools to work, Also when they needed something from home-depot they would take almost 2 hours to come back. My living room and bedroom was full of dust from what they were cutting because they didn’t cover the bathroom entrance, They asked me for water, ice, and to sit on my chairs with all their dirty clothes and to complete the whole review they stole tools from my garage because they used my garage to cut the tiles for the bathroom and the job was completely awful.

This is the second time I have used/contacted DYZ Plumbing. Everything about the company was professional, from the phone calls to the emails to the in person repair visit. They are courteous and respectful of my time and my home. (Things that a lot of other businesses could learn from them…)The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!Their professionalism and commitment to doing the full job and taking care of clients is a testament to this business and a relief for customers like me.They have my loyalty and I thank them for a job very well done!

Wanted to charge $45 just to come out to give a price on repairs. I did tell them what needed to be repaired.

I recently used Pedro with Major League Plumbing. He came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I had really good experience. My water heater went out days before a 40-degree cold snap in Houston. I contacted him, and he made time in his schedule to come out same day. He was very communicative, giving me text updates as his schedule and ETA adjusted. He came out, assessed the problem, and made the needed repair to get the water heater back online. He was respectful of my home while here. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering, and he didn't leave any mess after completing the job.Price was very fair, and I did not walk away feeling gouged like you sometimes can when using one of the bigger, well-marketed plumbing companies in Houston.I’ll be using Major League Plumbing again.
