I couldn’t get the pilot to my water heater to light because the flue vent hood was not reinstalled by the roofers.Frank explained the issue, reinstalled the vent hood and reignited the water heater pilot in less than 30 minutes.He was exceptionally professional and the service was very affordable, especially for a weekend callout.

Called due to a blockage issue at my company. It was urgent and they sent a plumber out right away. despite the huge mess we were dealing with, it was resolved quickly. I’m very pleased with the service.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias. Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak. Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes. I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word. I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions. Highly recommend him.

I didn't do service with them but a company that doesn't go out to your house and see for themselves the situation and instead asks you to take pictures of your water heater to send to them.... that seems lazy to me and untrustworthy. They seemed nice though ?‍♀️

Turbo offered me the best service, when my air conditioner stopped working and I didn't understand why, they checked everything and found the fault in the condenser, they made the fix in record time and at an excellent price. I was super satisfied, I recommend them.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

I would recommend finding another plumbing company -- there are to many better ones out there. This company has a bad reputation not only with clients and our community but reactions from other plumbing companies when I mention them is always negative (I've yet to hear one positive). Several experienced, veteran plumbers have stated they are Not a reputable company and surprised we were using this company for so long. Our community has numerous negative experiences with this company costing us $10s of thousands to repair their work. We now use AAA Plumbing which is the best I’ve found, has an excellent reputation and a well run company.
