Had a couple of toilets that were leaking. Quindarin Taylor came out and was super helpful and fixed all our problems the same day. We also had an problem with an outdoor storm drain and Village sent out Scott Gomez same day. Everyone was super professional and he ran his camera and diagnosed the issue so quickly. Josh Baker has been mine and my family’s plumber for years and consistently amazes our family and friends with all of his repairs and installations. He communicates all aspects of his work.After hurricane Harvey he re-piped my house as well as installed all the sinks, toilets, baths and shower. Nathan and Jason were incredibly professional, so polite and very thorough. They replaced our pipes and faucets expertly and were very meticulous. Rosa also was so kind and empathetic and was very responsive in making appointments. They even arranged the drywallers to come the same day to close up the openings. The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company ever. I’m so grateful how quickly they came to fix our problems after the iconic winter storm in Texas. I totally recommend them and am so grateful to them!

I called Acacias Plumbing to replace an old water heater and to install a water filter on the main water line. I spoke with Hector and he came out to give an estimate and check the access measurements for the new water heater. He came back a few days later to install the new water heater and haul away the old water heater. They also installed the water filter. Everything went well and a month later there have been no issues and we are happy with both things that they installed. I would recommend Hector and Acacias Plumbing because they were knowledgeable, fast and professional.

I had a minor job which included a small piece of sheet rock being removed. TDT said the replacing of the sheet rock was included but not the painting. After they finished, they did not replace the sheet rock and said for them to come back out there, there would be a charge. Very disappointing. This is the only negative review i've done so i'm usually pretty easy to please...

Mr. Sword came out for an appointment to check on a walk-in tub installation for a person in a wheelchair who needs it asap. He said he would get a quote even after we said that we were fine with going ahead with the repairs. And then there was no communication at all for 2 weeks, even after multiple emails, text messages, and calls. This put us behind schedule on installation.Now he says he won't take the job when it was his lack of communication back to us.Unprofessional, not responsive, avoid at absolutely any and all cost.

I purchased an HVAC system with Air Tech. Michael K did a great job designing a system just right for my house. I give both Michael K and Air Tech Five Stars as I couldn’t be happier with their work.

This company has a horrible drive who apparently has road rage! Drive with unit number 120. Called yesterday to report to the company and left a message with the receptionist and haven’t heard back from the manager. Couldn’t get the managers name because apparently the receptionist said she could not give out the managers name! Remember your employees reflect on your company!

It's the most expensive plumbing server I've ever seen. DO NOT use their service

Expensive. We spent $1000 to fix 1 leaking shower. $1000 to replace the guts of the faucet seems a bit high. Plus they scheduled to come out one day but they never has us on their calendar
