Best Furnace Replacements in Houston TX

After struggling with my builder’s AC service for years and never getting results, or being told to wait a couple weeks to try scheduling service, I finally decided to reach out to my local AC company, Turbo Home Service. Kenneth called me immediately to verify my appointment for the very next day (and on a Saturday, which was great!!!) he showed up on time and was not only extremely professional, he sent me pictures of my issues, wrote up and got quotes for everything I might need, included different options for my fixes and explained the issues to me so that I could understand it. I am beyond satisfied with his work and will be requesting him for all my home-fixes!

They tried to unclog a drain. The snake broke, but then they said that they could not unclog it. I paid them and said if I call another company and they get it unclogged I expect a refund. The next day another Company came out and unclogged it in 10 minutes. They've been completely non-responsive to my request for a refund.Update: It's been a month since their reply apologizing and vowing to make it right. I have sent numerous e-mails to them and got a reply that they tried to call (which they didn't) and I still have not received a refund. They have my credit card info and wouldn't need to speak with me to issue a refund anyway. Several e-mails went unanswered.

Last week I called Turbo for an air condition installation in my house, they gave me a good service and the work was excellent.

There was a leak in the air conditioning in my office that was getting some things wet, so I looked for an emergency service, luckily Turbo was here in Houston and they were able to send me a local technician near me who fixed it. ?

They’ve been honest about repairs and are affordable to use. Not a flinch when I had repair parts available and asked them to install it. I have recommended them to neighbors and Everyone is happy! Great service contact. Will work weekends in emergency! ??
