Mike Harris, tech #2627, was prompt to arrive, quick to do the repair, thoroughly explained what caused the issue, and offered solutions and advice for preventative maintenance. Mike also provided a contact to help us with restorative repairs due to flooding and stayed with us until that contact arrived so he could explain the situation to the restorative technician.
