VIP Plumbing was an absolute joy to work with from the initial phone call to the completion of the repair. The office staff was extremely friendly and attentive and answered all of my questions. They actually called me back when they said they would! The technicians that came to my home were equally as kind and extremely knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the repair that I needed was outside and it was raining. The technicians worked diligently over a period of days to get the repair done despite the weather. I don't normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to leave a review for VIP Plumbing because I had such a positive experience with them. Highly recommend Synergy Plumbing. Ben helped us with a few misc plumbing issues in a timely manner. He also installed a water filtration system that was a difficult task due to its size and placement. Ben did a great job installing the unit and we are very happy with the set up. Will definitely call Ben in the future for our plumbing needs.
