Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Texas Plumbing. I contacted them because I was needing a licensed plumber to do a gas inspection before centerpoint could turn on the gas to the house. At first contact Nathan was great, very responsive and quickly got me on the schedule for the next morning at 9am.I scheduled someone to be at the house from then on. They did not show up until 1PM. They never called me letting me know they would be delayed. I had to call several times to get an update on what the plan was. Nathan apologized and said he'd work with us on the pricing, which never happened.While they were there we asked if they could look at why 2 of my plumbing fixtures were not working. The gentleman let me know the diverters were bad and would need replacement. I approved them to continue with the fix, and after the work was done, turns out that wasn't the issue but rather a simple fix that required no parts or much effort. I discussed this issue with Nathan to express my frustration of how I could have potentially saved $300 (the cost to replace the diverters, which only $80 of it was for parts), and he said he'd talk to his technician and would get back to me on the situation. He never did, but were quick to send me an invoice.The story goes on and on, but the point is the communication was awful. I work for a reputable residential/commercial builder and have been exposed to terrible subcontractors, but you just never get used to how unprofessional some of them are. I wish I would have just pulled off my plumber from one of my jobs and had him do me this solid rather than seeking for someone else.

It's unfortunate that there isn't a score higher than an A. Texas Premier Plumbing provided arrival updates, an accurate repair estimate upon arrival, had parts available in their truck, and promptly executed the repairs without delay. The courtesy, professionalism and consideration exhibited by all at Texas Premier Plumbing, from the representative who scheduled the appointment to the plumbers who performed the work, are rare in today's climate. We added the drain clearing after they repaired the toilet. They added a few more dollars to the overall cost, and completed the added work while still onsite. Exceptional firm in a business sector that is perceived to charge inflated or hidden costs. Retained contact information so I may contact again for all future plumbing issues. Highly recommended. They Replaced toilet fill valve and other components due to wear and tear; cleared drain in bathtub.

Mark was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most helpful. Our visit involved checking my dishwasher and possibly installing a touchless faucet. Mark's knowledge and explanation for both concerns was great. Very pleased with Mark, I would recommend Abacus based on this visit!

I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. This guy can't even keep his appointment. He wanted to epoxy my 60-year-old galvanized pipes. VERY SHADY COMPANY !!! STAY AWAY.

We had our faucet replaced and we love the finished product. Everything was taken care of quickly and neatly. Definitely recommend!!!!

We had a terrible grinder pump issue where a PVC coupling came apart and the neighborhood pressurized sewage was free flowing back into our yard and our neighbor's yard. I called M & M and they fit me into their first available appointment. The crew came out, fixed my coupling, replaced a defective backflow preventer, and made sure the system was working properly. Since most plumbers don't like to work on grinder pump systems, it was very nice to have a company that knew what to do. I would also like to recognize Amy Kettle who was excellent at customer service and making sure we were satisfied with the work performed. I would highly recommend M & M for you plumbing needs.

This is the the worst company ever “the grand theft company”, they work completely unprofessional, they worked in my house for 12 days and everyday they would call me like at 8 am and would show up 3 or 4 hours later. They didn’t have the appropriate tools to work, Also when they needed something from home-depot they would take almost 2 hours to come back. My living room and bedroom was full of dust from what they were cutting because they didn’t cover the bathroom entrance, They asked me for water, ice, and to sit on my chairs with all their dirty clothes and to complete the whole review they stole tools from my garage because they used my garage to cut the tiles for the bathroom and the job was completely awful.

At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

The team from this plumbing service is exceptional! They were prompt, courteous, and very skilled. They quickly resolved my plumbing issue and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Honestly I don’t leave reviews but Anthony was so helpful i couldn’t not. I live in the Abby apartments and didn’t expect anyone to even show up this late at night but he fixed my over flowing sink that was pouring onto the floor and cleaned up afterwards definitely 5 stars

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. I am more than pleased with the services! They were prompt, courteous, informative, and did a quality job in a very timely manner. The price was quoted and it was very fair. Once they assessed the problem closer they adjusted the price to fit the work. I wouldn't have known any different.
