They are very professional & their customer services are superb: A+. My actual service was scheduled for the next day, but because i needed my bathtub knob changed, they considered it urgent & had me on waiting list a day before & came & fixed it. I really appreciate their professional competency.They updated me every step of the way, including the name & picture of the person i will be expectingThe plumber that came- mr Miguel is very professional & explained everything to me, including precautionary measures to prevent such damages from reoccuring.Will i use them again? YESWill i give them referrals? Absolutely YES

I'm giving Texas Quality Plumbing a 5/5 stars even though my experience wasn't perfect. I brought them in after another Plumbing service said they cleared the line but didn't and refused to stand behind their work. TQP sent a guy out who couldn't clear the clog and felt it was in the city's line. The City said it wasn't in their line and TQP sent someone back out for another evaluation when I called back. He discounted the running of a jetter to break through the blockage due to the initial misdiagnosis. They got the line cleared AND cleaned up the area which was greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend their service, it means a lot to me when someone is helpful, stands behind their work and is cordial if there are issues.

Michael was an awesome technician and very knowledgeable. I’m glad he was sent to our home to fix our issues, which he did. I will call back if I ever need help again.

The service man came out at the time that he was supposed to. he was able to sync the thermostat with the outside unit and he showed me how to do this if this AC loses the connection again. I'm giving the service man 5 stars, but as for One Call Houston, I still give them 1 star. I'm still unhappy that they lied to me to get me to to buy this unit. I'm still waiting for the rebate that they promised. So, keep this in mind if they promise a rebate to you. They will lie to you.

I recently used Pedro with Major League Plumbing. He came highly recommended by my neighbors, and I had really good experience.My water heater went out days before a 40-degree cold snap in Houston. I contacted him, and he made time in his schedule to come out same day. He was very communicative, giving me text updates as his schedule and ETA adjusted.He came out, assessed the problem, and made the needed repair to get the water heater back online.He was respectful of my home while here. He made sure his shoes were clean before entering, and he didn't leave any mess after completing the job.Price was very fair, and I did not walk away feeling gouged like you sometimes can when using one of the bigger, well-marketed plumbing companies in Houston.I’ll be using Major League Plumbing again.
