Roto-Rooter was extremely quick and easy to contact and work with. We tried for weeks to unclog our drain and when we weren't successful, decided to call on a professional service in Houston. The acted so quick and had a plumber out in less the one hour!!! Clyde was extremely helpful and even gave us tips on how to prevent future clogs! Will definitely recommend them in the future.

luckys plumbing is absolutely first-rate. they are good people who show up on time (or even early), who do terrific work, and who charge a reasonable fee. i would use them before i used any other plumber. (also, in this covid era, they also show up wearing masks, which is absolutely the right thing to do.) my entire large family uses luckys. i recommend them highly.

A lot of people get fed up when they have a garbage disposal leak ,but not me. Instead, I calm myself down and simply call your plumbers over to fix it.

I rarely write reviews but this company warrants another 5 star review. I have had poor experience with contractors in TX because of a lazy approach to their business. Rude on phones, miss appointments and try to rip you off.ORY's and special accolades to Charlie for understanding the true concept of customer service. Won't go through the details but called for assistance wit a shower that kept running water. Well beyond a drip. We had some issues with the repair initially but Charlie stepped up and had open communication with me to really want to work out the situation.It was all resolved to my satisfaction and the 5 star review is for a company that understands and practices customer service.ory's is my go-to plumber for any future needs. Mike Dayter is an excellent plumber!! He was very thorough, honest, professional, and patient with all of my questions. Having trust and confidence in the ability of a company to handle all of your plumbing problems is extremely important!! I had a previous good experience with another company, but they were too expensive. This company is extremely fair with their prices and have great employees as well! I was also very impressed with Heather, with whom I spoke with to set up my appointment. I'm definitely going to have 24/7 plumbing to do my repairs.
