Wouldn't you know it. Water dripping from the ceiling on a Saturday evening. AAA had a plumber at my door in record time. i am very happy with the service I received from them and will certainly use them in the future.

The service tech John was very knowledgeable, professional and curtious. He explained what he was checking and what he thought the problem was and resolved our issue in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them.

Just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere appreciation to Zach and the entire staff at Nettles Plumbing for their quick responsiveness and professionalism. We had a pipe rupture in our garage last night. we turned off the main valve and contacted them this morning to see about getting service. Zach (Owner) had a man out VERY promptly and made the necessary repairs and now we are back online... Cant say thank you enough to the entire staff. Will most defiantly being using them exclusively from now on and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing service of ANY kind. 05 March 20211545 hoursThis driver was is such a hurry up 249 approaching Spring Cypress that they thought it was a good idea to tailgate me in the left hand lane until I moved out of the way. I was already doing 80 mph and the driver accelerated faster and flew off at 80+ after I moved.

Horrible customer service from both Ronnie and Kristine Fox. I called to check the status of a maintenance request for one of our properties. The tenant had stated she had not received a service call and needed service. Kristine was very rude when I asked her to confirm the contact number for the tenant. This is a reasonable request when the tenant states they haven't received a call for a maintenance request that was submitted over a week ago. Instead of resolving the issue Ronnie would rather cancel service than get to the bottom of why the service tech and the tenant did not connect.I have been in the business over seventeen years and a service company like this should be avoided. There are allot of good service companies out there and I recommend finding one of them like I was able to do within an hour of speaking to Ronnie.

The people giving them favorable reviews must be family. They don't return phone calls, don't come or call when they say they will.
Go somewhere else as these people are terrible.
