We recently purchased a new home and had some plumbing items identified on the inspection report. I contacted Loyalty Plumbing and they provided us with an estimate of repairs that was at least comparable with the other estimates we received. Their team came out after closing and quickly took care of all issues identified. They were very polite and professional through the inspection process, and worked well with other contractors we had out at the home. After the repairs were complete, the supervisor on location walked me through the house showing me the repairs and explaining what was done with each item. We were very happy with the service received and would use them again in the future.

Every last item in my house is messed up. The gas line to the water heater is not the correct size. Lost pieces of plumbing fixtures. Installed the incorrect toilet. Came out 6 times in 2 weeks for a top out of a remodeled home and still didn't fix everything. DO NOT USE! Reporting to better business bureau and another plumber said the gas work is faulty and I should consider taking legal action. STAY AWAY!!!
