From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. Shayna was able to assist me with how to approach the repairs and schedule me for service quickly. She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.

It is alway a pleasure to have Paul of Golden Knight Plumbing LLC work on any problems I have. He did any emergency issue in December 2018 and completed a clog issue just today. Living on the North Shore and being a Saturday RotorRooter was the ONLY company that came to the rescue (aside of their 1st assigned guy who called me asking if it could wait until the following day???) they quickly assigned a new guy “Chris” came all the way from Waikiki made it here in less than an hr as well as fixing the problem!!! RotorRooter’s lucky to have Chris just as we were lucky for his help. Thank you RotorRooter for instilling my faith over you instead of these local smaller plumbers. The technician Daniel did a great job, well prepared quick, very informative on what would be completed once he started the job.

As for the office, got rescheduled 1 times and lost 1/2 days of work as I was waiting for the scheduling office to call back on status. I believe they need to work on each job and not underestimate the time for the technician to complete there job.

We bought a new unit at the Central Ala Moana and after a year living here, one of our AC units started leaking water from the bottom middle portion. We hired an AC tech from another company to take a look. Turns out the insulation around the pipes were taped to the pipe every 6 inches or so when they are supposed to be glued to the pipes to remove air pockets which leads to building of condensation and eventually pools water between the pipe and the insulation. Now I got yellow stains on my walls. If you cannot get the job right, dont do the job!!!
