Our repair guy was awesome!! Very nice, easily explained the problems we were having and fixed them all quickly. We are very satisfied.

Nate from Performance Plumbers removed my old stacked washer/dryer and did such a terrific job. It was in a very tight corner space but he took the old washer apart and was able to remove it. Then replaced the valves from the water hose. The resident manager also highly recommends them and have used their services many times. Thanks again to Nate, Shanay and Blaine.

Jeremy Thomason by far exceeded all of our expectations! His professional courtesy and mastery of his plumbing skills were so excellent! He was a godsend and we’ll personally request for him for our future needs. Thursday morning before Christmas and I find water is gushing out of my water heater. Same day Paul comes out to assess. Saturday gives me three quotes I requested. Sunday we let him know how we want to move forward. We're expecting he'll be back in a week and instead says he wants to make sure we have hot water during the holidays. Next day (Monday) he and his wife are here at noon and in less than two hours we have hot water again! Cleaned everything up nicely too.
Responded promptly, was knowledgeable, worked effeciently and was professional throughout.
Hopefully we'll never need another plumber, but I am holding on to Paul's contact info for sure!

Rance was great. In our initial meeting, he brought to our attention that the neighbors shower line was connected in a back to back set up and explained the dangers of the cable coming up on the neighbors side and damaging their property. Although we had to reschedule to a time when the neighbor was also home, we are glad that Roto Rooter hires people that take the proper safety precautions. Mahalo!

The entire AC system at our unit this company installed at the Central Ala Moana project was down within a few months after we moved in November 2021. Half way through the 1 year warranty period, May 2022, their repair service came refill the freon and re-taped piping. A few months later Oct 2022 the system stop blowing cold again due to freon leak however the warranty expired in Sept. It seems like they did what was needed just to get pass the expiration period. The slow leak from installation continued and was never addressed completely. They are not willing to provide further service and only told us to refer to system maintenance documentation. If you are making a new home purchase, make sure to check all the contractors involved.
