Lewis arrived to a sewer clog at my house in Kaneohe. He showed me on the camera the cracks I had in the sewer line. The Pueo crew came and installed a pipe lining in the old pipe. Main pipe is good as new and I didn’t have to dig up inside my house. Mahalo Lewis!

Logan was very respectful and professional. H knew exactly what to do and was in and out within 15 minutes. He was following up on an incomplete job done by a previous Steve's Plumbing technician and did so with the utmost care. Inspections, repairs & replacements.

The guy came to fix my shower was friendly, but not professional at all. Why he needed to borrow WD40 & screw driver from me? And it was almost done in about one hour, then he decided to go to a store to get some parts. They charged me all those hours (3hours total). Women in the office are not very nice. They have poor customer services over the phone. Worst of all, my shower problem is not fixed after all. I would not recommend this company to anybody.

We bought a new unit at the Central Ala Moana and after a year living here, one of our AC units started leaking water from the bottom middle portion. We hired an AC tech from another company to take a look. Turns out the insulation around the pipes were taped to the pipe every 6 inches or so when they are supposed to be glued to the pipes to remove air pockets which leads to building of condensation and eventually pools water between the pipe and the insulation. Now I got yellow stains on my walls. If you cannot get the job right, dont do the job!!!

Never responded. I jumped through hoops to get a quote for a simple job and than they never got back to me despite multiple emails. Weird.

Everything was great. Came within the hour and everything got done within 20min. We got help from Erick, and he was the nicest guy. Best place to call for any issues with the toilet. Will definitely hit them up again.
