Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

He handled each request promptly and sent plumbers to the house as soon as he could schedule them to come. Whether it was a small job replacing a leaky faucet or a big job cutting open walls and ceilings to find leaks and replace pipes - big or small - every job was treated as priority. Jaren quickly responded to my repair request and followed up with me until we got an appointment set. He replaced my bathroom water valve quickly and charged me a fair price. I recommend JGR plumbing, and will always use their plumbing services in the future.

Our experience with Mr. Nalu Pitoy’s service was great. Mr Pitoy was able to arrive early and finished the job in a timely fashion. His service was very professional and friendly. Mr. Pitoy diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a very good explanation of the options available to us. Mr. Pitoy provided friendly service and kindly answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend Steve’s Plumbing and especially Mr. Malu Pitoy. Mr. Pitoy also did a wonderful job cleaning up.

American Home Sheild Warranty: referred me to Jewel’s Plumbing for my leaking shower diverter spout. Oliver arrived a few hours later, got the part out from the shower and went to a plumbing supply store to purchase the part. When he opened the box, the part wasn’t the one that was supposed to be in the box.

Per supplier, the part needed was old & obsolete. Oliver tried to improvise a fix but later that evening, I could hear water leaking again in the shower.

Oliver’s valiant attempt to save me money, had failed. I left a message on Jewel’s plumbing answering machine.

The following morning, I received a call from Jewel’s Plumbing wanting to schedule a return to fix, however, they had AHS on the line, and I needed to speak to them first. AHS rep advised that since no part was available to fix the shower, a “newer style” would need to be installed. However, because of the difference in size, the new part being much larger, Jewel’s Plumbing would need to make the existing access hole bigger, which wasn’t covered under my AHS plan.

I had no choice but to pay an unexpected $250 out of my pocket.

Oliver returned with the new fixture. It took him several hours to get it all done. When he was finished, he asked me to come and see what he installed. The new faucet style was much larger than the old one and looked nice. It functioned well as I made sure I got both hot and cold water.

Oliver cleaned up the area and threw rubbish and old parts away for me. He is a hard worker and really aims to please. AHS and Jewel’s Plumbing has a great representative in Oliver.

Leaking faucet required replacement, non-reparable. Warren was the tech that showed up, looked at problem and explained best options considering our sinks design, and best way to save money on the repair. I purchased a faucet set that I liked at H.Depot and Warren returned to do the install a few days later. There were a few unforeseen issues that he trouble shot in a timely manner and completed the job quickly.
On top of being a very nice guy, Warren is very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional!
When the job was finished he left the premises spotless as if he had never been there. ~~~Thank you Warren!
