Zach was great! He had to cut out two large tiles in the walk-in shower to locate a leak that turned out by to be caused by poor grouting done by the contractors tilers. He worked very hard to determine the problem. The expectation was a leak from the shower equipment and like a good detective he found the problem and I was able to get it resolved with the contractor.

Jaron has done a few projects for us. The first was a rather large job. He did the work quickly and his price was a lot less than another quote we got. He is very responsive, does he work fast (without compromising quality) and is very neat. He is the only plumber will will call.

I was remodeling my shower, and at the last minute, I needed a new plumber to replace the shower valves. I found Kama Hele Plumbing on Google Maps, and it had high reviews. Harry responded quickly and was so easy to work with. He even made the time to FaceTime, so he could walk me through a few questions I had. The entire AC system at our unit this company installed at the Central Ala Moana project was down within a few months after we moved in November 2021. Half way through the 1 year warranty period, May 2022, their repair service came refill the freon and re-taped piping. A few months later Oct 2022 the system stop blowing cold again due to freon leak however the warranty expired in Sept. It seems like they did what was needed just to get pass the expiration period. The slow leak from installation continued and was never addressed completely. They are not willing to provide further service and only told us to refer to system maintenance documentation. If you are making a new home purchase, make sure to check all the contractors involved.
