Best Drainage Service in Honolulu HI

Mahalo, Pipe Masters! From scheduling with Pili to Isaiah and Shelton providing excellent service. They were courteous, quickly identified the issue, and efficiently replaced our food disposal unit.

What stands out about this company is the fact that they are always available for emergency issues. Our drains were blocked when we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner and when I called them, they showed up in less than an hour and none of our guests noticed we had problems.

Kevin came very fast about 1 hour after the call.He said it would cost $773.00 to change 2, 12 braided lines and 2 on/off valves under my sink. I said he can get it City Mill a few blocks down from my home and he said it is a special braided line because the 2 ends are small and City Mill does no carry these special lines.My wife was home at the time and I was on the road. I thought that was very high for a small job as I can do work like this also but my Home Warranty covers this so I decided to let them pay for it.When I went home to check my records, these 2 braided lines was changed about 7 years ago and the 2 lines came from City Mill, hmmm. Actually these are 2 standard braided lines, nothing special about them!I was suppose to get a call back to talk to Kevin but he did not call me back about the price and then call my Home Warranty Co. but did not get a call back.I called 535 Plumbing and they said the price is $375.92 total after sending the pictures I took for them.I expect to get this approved, but not $773.00.What do you think, special braided lines?535 Plumbing said the lines are free.Sorry to say but I was not born yesterday, I'm over 65 now.Concerned consumer.

I needed emergency service for my clogged kitchen sink drain pipe. They fitted me in their schedule with a time frame noon to 4pm. They were able to come earlier at 1030a. I'm very satisfied with the service. They unclogged my drain 15 ft in and it drains perfectly now. It took less than 20 minutes. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to others.
