I have had nothing but excellent service and top quality work from Pueo.

Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

Best company when it comes to water heater replacement and other plumbing matters. I can confirm that this is a company that takes care of its customers in the best way possible and the satisfaction of the client is a priority.

They was supposed to be at a scheduled place at 7am in the morning 2 hrs later after many calls and text to after hour tech name lane finally answered phone call and told that he can't make it out. No phone calls was made or attempted to make a call back from lane. He could not even text back why he couldn't make it out. Very bad customer service. They even charging for checking out parts that needed. Crazy they shouldn't even charge for that.

Blane & his team were responsive , efficient and even suggested a wall cut out for ease in shutting off water source. My third time utilizing this amazing company ! Mahalo

Four stars due to being cancelled 3 times and attempting to change to an earlier time.The plumber named Audie that finally fulfilled the appointment was superb. Professional and polite. Apologized for the office problems.Checked for bathroom leaks. Trustworthy and practical compared to water restoration companies that want to tear down and perform reconstruction.This company is highly recommended by the insurance companies. Pricey reputation but the problem is fixed.

Great people, service and water purification system

I sent a request for some works in my house.Recived e mail mentioning someone will respond within 24 hours. 72 hours later I sent a reminder. Another response came saying the same thing. Another email Received promoting some military experience and nonsense.
It was terrible service and responses. How can people trust them when they can't even give service.
Until this moment None of them call regards my e emails. I am very disappointed. I will ask people to don't trap in to their puplicity........
