Im a local average guy and have used lots of plumbers. This company is small and good. An experienced guy comes over and not an apprentice. I had a slow drain and what he pulled out was a bid wad of yukky black hair. It was gross BUT, that was the problem and now it drains nicely. They know the entry points and snake the clog appropriately. Give them a try.

A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. If any customer who pays for a service before the job is done or hasnt even started is senseless. 0 🌟 to this plumbing company and I wouldint recommend to anyone.

I had a pipe burst resulting in partial flooding in the front bedroom. After all the preliminary checks I called Commercial Plumbing. A big shout-out to Chris K. He was prompt; knowledgeable; he really hustled; great attitude; and did a great job. His leak test was thorough and his labor charges were spot on. He was easy to talk to and ask questions of. He has the latest tools and technology to do a great job much faster than before. I am a union brother, and for me to go buy all these tools again and when would I ever use them after that? The repair was quick; thorough; and priced right-in three hours he was driving away-outstanding!! The quality of their work is well known; and peace of mind matters.

From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.

Rob was very friendly, professional, and skillful. The service was a little bit pricy but we were very happy with the service, quality of work, and responsiveness to our plumbing emergency. It was the only company that we were able to talk to a human when we called. Other companies sent us to their voicemails and most of them never called back.

They came to our house to plumbing & turned off 1 of the outlets in our electric panel which had nothing to do with our plumbing. The electrician came today to reset the solar panel & luckily we didn't get charge. Also the plumber Nick who serviced our house had a terrible attitude. We clocked the plumbers at working 3 1/2 hrs, they charged us for 4 1/2. I would not recommend Waialae plumbing to anyone.

Never responded. I jumped through hoops to get a quote for a simple job and than they never got back to me despite multiple emails. Weird.

Living in an older high rise condo has exposed me to interesting plumbing needs. The first two plumbers I needed to hire did adequate work but seemed to leave small things undone. For example after the installation of a new garbage disposal, the plumber stated that the slight looseness was how it was supposed to be. However, when the Home Depot partnership with Kama'aina Plumbing resulted in Joe installing a new toilet, I saw a plumber with total attention to detail and total neatness. When, a few months later, my sink was clogged, I called the same company and rescheduled the time so that Joe could be the plumber. Again, I notice systematic attention to detail and neat and complete work. Incidentally, Joe also noticed that the garbage disposal was not properly tightened and properly tighten the screws. I will contact this company and ask for this plumber in the future.
