This is a terrific company to work with. We had just moved into our condo and within days the shower knobs had begun leaking and one of our toilets had become unusable. I called Pueo and they sent Scott to help us. We didn’t have to wait long to get our appointment, and Scott arrived in the exact time frame to get the job done (which was a huge deal since our building had to shut off water for this fix). Great guy. Personable, knowledgeable, explained what was going on... figured out that the leak in the toilet was actually 2 separate issues and repaired both. Would definitely use this company again... a quality operation.

Harry (the very gracious owner) dispatched Osha and Alysa to our condo in less than an hour to fix a drainage problem. It was a complicated job because the drain flows from the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washer into a main line. They fixed the problem in less than 45 minutes in a very professional, courteous, and teamwork manner. We were so pleased and impressed by their knowledge and workmanship.
We had the same problem last year and it took one of those rotor named companies three trips to fix over the course of a full, painful week and cost us 3x as much. Our resident manager (who is very discerning about plumbers for good reason) was so happy that he asked for their business card. That alone was a 5 star compliment.
Honestly, we couldn't be happier with our experience and Kama Hele will be our go-to plumber forever, especially Osha and Alysa. Mahalo to both of them!

Courteous and efficient service.

I was assulted by one of the workers and then he threatened to break my arm. Proceeded to take my cash and my impact drill.. I am a tenant and this is so freaking wrong . How can you just try and sweep this under the rug!!! Give me back my stuff!!!!!!! Police report is made I hope you man up or your guy will be arrestss

My kitchen sink was stuck and water runs back up immediately when I turn on the water for a minute , I called some other guy before to fix this problem , all he did was change something for me , and it happen again in few months after . It make me so frustrated. This time I decided to call roto rooter to see if they can help me with this issue since they are a very big company .The technician guy name Erick came to my house . He checked my sink and told me he can fix it right away , so he brought in a machine and fix it for me , It took him a while to fix it because he said my pipe was stuck pretty bad . He explained what might cause it and told me how to avoid it happen again. He is very professional and patiently fix it for me . He also is a very nice guy . I strongly recommend this company and Erick , hope this review can help you understand more about this company .
