There was a leak in the connector to the toilet and we also wanted a plumber to install the washlets we purchased. Called and the next day had an appointment. The plumber, Matthew was very professional and made sure that after he installed the washlets there were no leakage and everything was cleaned up. Took only a hour, definitely would recommend!

Louis was excellent! He took an emergency call after 8pm on a Saturday night and drove all the way to Kailua to unclog a pipe for us. Thank you Louis!

The guys that came out were super friendly and understanding, they helped me solve my problem and were incredibly charitable about it. I could not recommend them more. The only potential downside in my experience was that they had a lot of other clients and I had to schedule for a week or so in the future. Fantastic work, fantastic customer service.

My situation was not an emergency so I waited a few days. But they were ready to snap over if needed to pay to have it done faster. Again. Good vibes all around.

made appointment online through website, but the request was never received, so had to call the local service company directly (disappointing); called for the appointment first thing in the morning for a service window in the late afternoon and service tech confirmed acceptance of the service appointment the last 30 minutes of the requested window - luckily the service performed was not very complex, but cost over $300 to cleanout a toilet clogged with TP.
