I highly recommend 535 Plumbing. I find them to be friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. High praises to Butchie and Joel were the plumbers who did my shower installation. They were both very courteous, prompt and their workmanship was excellent.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Absolute rip off. Wanted 500 dollars to unclog a toilet. Keep in mind they refused to give me a quote over the phone, insisting the person had to be onsite to provide a quote, thenn they wanted to charge me a 100 dollar dispatch fee for their trouble. If you like getting ripped off this is the company for you.

This company is a complete scam. Paid for a $99 AC Tune up, and then they come out, do an inspection and try to charge me $600 for routine maintenance. The guy tells me.. well it’s not actually a tune up. It’s more of an inspection.Tune up means maintenance. Inspection is an inspection.Had their plumber come out last week and try to charge me $450 for a new fill valve in a toilet. When I asked him for an itemized invoice, he replied that they don’t have that. They just give me an estimate off the top of their head.Save your money and your time and go elsewhere

I highly recommend virtues Plumbing. They are so responsive, professional and diligent in their work. They even coordinated with my electrician to make sure my tankless water heater install went in smooth.

They change the estimate the very next day at a higher price for unknown reason.

Morgan and his crew are awesome! They remodeled my mother-in-law's bathroom from a tub to a walk-in shower, and updated the hot water heater to a more efficient model. She could not be happier. The new walk-in shower is grade A and looks like something you'd see in a fancy spa or hotel. Mahalo nui loa Morgan and crew!

Usually has what I need or want.

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.

This is the only plumbing company The Home Depot contracts out for the windward side of the island.
The cost of installation that this company quoted us was more than the water heater! They informed us it would cost around $850!! to install the heater because of the existing system the home has. After calling many other plumbing companies and explaining the situation, they all informed us the same installation would cost at the most, $500. Took my business elsewhere to say the least.
