Best Water Damage Restoration in Atlanta GA

well I'm going to start by saying I called Ray to My home to fix a leak I had and He came out and did a good job with fixing it I thought until it started to leak he had to come back at lease 3 times within a 1 Hour period. I have Brand new Hradwoods installed inside my home recently. so I offerd him foot protection and he VERY rudely refuses them because he is un professional & Most likely upset with the Leak problem we were having. I thought using them would be good but, I Hate to say it But u get what u pay for I would Rather be over charged Next time then to Deal with this Company ever again. But they did Fix the Problem Thank God. Hopefully they do a better job for u then they did for me and my family.

Water Savers LLC Plumbing responded quickly to my initial inquiry, and their employees conducted themselves professionally and courteously. They communicated well through the process and I was pleased with the final results.

I've read through the reviews and some explained they had challenges getting through. Unfortunately, I've been calling all morning and am yet to get a live person. I would recommend investing in a part-time person that can take calls to set up appointments. We live in a fast paced world where we just don't have time to leave a message and hope someone gets back. Not being able to get a hold of a live person could be costing more than hiring a part-time person to answer calls. Just a thought.

Corey and the team are wonderful. Even from our initial phone call, he was so kind and professional. He helped assess and implement a plan for the pipes of a potential house we are inspecting.
