Seem friendly on the phone. But you can't just book a service (ie: replace washer line, run a pressure test). You have to pay 60.00 dispatch fee if you want them to show up, on top of whatever you need done. It's not refundable and it doesn't go toward the repair cost...it's just a fee on top of your repair bill.

Extremely responsive, professional, on time, etc...Would recommend them for sure!!!

Michael was very friendly and made a quick job of finding and fixing the issue causing the leak from the bathtub.

Never hire this company, they are horrible.
They canceled at the last minute, didn't explain the extra charge, and the manager was EXTREMELY RUDE to my wife on the phone.
I don't care if they have done some good job in the past. That does not explain the lack of professionalism in treating their clients.
