Had leak under refrigerator. Called this morning and they were here in a couple of hours. Michael Poss with Panther Plumbing was very patient explaining over phone. Responded very quickly to my inquiry about having a gas dryer installed with an appointment for the next day. They called back a few hours later to ask if I wanted to move the appointment up to later that day. I accepted the earlier appointment and it was great to get a link that let me track the plumber’s arrival. The plumber was professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Erica responded quickly to my online request for a service call and made sure I was booked at a time that was convenient for me. Nate did a great job replacing and relocating a shutoff valve that was leaking AND very hard to reach. He told me up front what my options were and the pros and cons of each - he didn't push any unnecessary repairs on me. Once we decided what to do, he calculated the cost upfront. Nate was quick (but thorough), friendly, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. I will definitely recommend Plumb Works to my friends and neighbors and I would hire them again in a second.
