I wanted to replace my aging hot water heater and contacted many vendors. The bigger brand plumbing companies quoted outrageous prices after giving me a 4-hour window of when they might arrive. Other local companies never got back to me. Jon immediately returned my call. We made an appointment on when he would come to my house (actual time not a 4-hour window). Jon is personable and professional; he really knows plumbing. He was able to explain to me everything he would do (and why) and quoted me a great price. His work and attention to detail is top notch. I will definitely be using GTB Plumbing again.

I had a tankless water heater fail. Tim P. came out to evaluate and discovered that it was still under warranty. Once the warranty coverage was approved by the manufacturer Tim P. kept me informed when he would receive information from the manufacturer. From old unit removal to new unit installation and system testing Tim P. was professional and efficient. I would highly recommend GForce to anyone!
