Jon was fantastic! We had what we thought would be an impossibly expensive list of plumbing fixes after an inspection to sell our home. Not only was it very affordable, but Jon fixed only the items that were problematic and helped us understand what didn’t need fixing. The plumbing works perfectly now! Jon is also a super nice guy and made us feel so much less scared and stressed. Amazing! Don’t go to any other plumber!

Colby Campbell tried to repair, but ended up having to replace the entire faucet in my tub/shower. He was very professional, thorough and cleaned up before leaving.

So technically I didn't actually hire Jason with Plumbing Detective, but he has a loyal customer for life. I called with my toilet suddenly having started leaking from where the tank meets the base. Jason asked a few questions about the age/make of the toilet and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone. Unfortunately he was booked for the next week and a half and we didn't want to go without a second toilet in the house that long.

But instead of calling another plumber Jason explained the part that he was sure was the issue and that it was a moderately easy DIY project to take off the tank and replace it. He talked me through what it would consist of and even offered that if I got stuck or had questions I could call him back. A trip to Home Depot for a new spud valve and an hour or so of work later and I had fixed my own toilet. An amazing level of service and professionalism. When I inevitably end up needing a plumber in the future, this will be the only one I call.

Sean was late, but GForce called to say thy were running late. He arrived soon thereafter. Sean was very professional, working efficiently and explaining everything. No pressure to do unnecessary work. After the work was done, I received a “Was everything satisfactory?” Call.

Ivan is very professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with the explanation of the status of my HVAC systems. I would recommend Ivan and R.S. Andrews to everyone.
