Estes installed a new heating/air system in my condo this past week. The work was performed by Hector and Damey. They did an excellent job. They arrived at the scheduled time and were professional, courteous, and friendly. Once they finished the installation, they cleaned up everything. Hector then explained what they had done. He explained the new wiring they had added, showed me the safety features of the system, and showed me how the new thermostat worked. Estes is lucky to have Hector and Damey.

We recently used GTB for the first time to address leaking toilet. Another plumbing company had told us all 3 toilets in our home we leaking and needed to be replaced at around $700 each. At the recommendation of a friend, we called Jon for a second opinion. He came the next day and advised that the initial problem toilet did need to be replaced and only the supply line on the others should be replaced. He gave us advice on toilets and let us know we'd found a price for one that was better than he could get, so when all was said and done we saved hundreds of dollars. Jon was very easy to work with, timely, and did a great job. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him next time we need a plumber!
