My air conditioning went out on a Friday night. I called several HVAC companies the following Saturday and Matt at On Call Property Maintenance was the only one who told me he could come out on the same day to see what was going on. The fan motor ended up needing replaced on my ac unit and he came back on Sunday afternoon to install it. He quoted me a very good price especially considering he was doing all this during the weekend. I will definitely call Matt at On Call Property Management if I need help again. Thank you!

I recently hired Estes to replace my 23-year old AC system and air handler. I live in a condo and the installation was very complicated, including having to coordinate with both me and our property manager. The Estes team showed up on time, answered all my questions, installed the equipment with no problems, gave me an invoice with the agtreed upon price, and even went the extra mile helping my upstairs neighbor understand how to deal with a problem with her AC unit. Victor who works for Tim Chen replaced a water heater and toilet on the same day. The work was professional and the price was fair. Victor and his assistant wore a mask. He also explained everything to us.

My service person was Patrick Marshal and he worked on attic insulation. This probably the best service I have received from a company in a long time. I am hard to please because I want value for my money spent and Patrick was absolutely amazing, honest, and very knowledgeable.

I called Mr. Superior Maintenance out to check my AC units because my AC units weren’t cutting on. They came out they were very prompt and professional. Nate broke everything down to the T. I didn’t feel as if he was trying to up sell or anything. I would highly suggest using this company for your general needs. Nate is definitely the guy to make sure that you are taken care of.

Please do not do business with this company! The level of unprofessional is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They will take your money as someone as stated and you will not get a response.
