I contacted delta about septic tank pumping through their website and was called the next day and put on the schedule. Christian Y. was polite and knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. He made sure to have me look at various things that were encountered and explained the steps performed to get my septic tank functioning like new.

Another company charged me $70 just to come out and tell me I needed to spend $8,000 on a new hvac system. Matt didn’t charge me anything to come out and give me a second opinion. He fixed it for $175. That was 2 years ago and it’s still running. Repaired my toilet last week for $65. Fair prices. Honest work.

A great Company. We have been with this Company since the 90's. We bought our 1st air conditioner unit, we had the unit for 17 years, our unit was still working it was the freon being discontinued. We purchased our 2nd unit from Estes. Today 6-21-23. I talked to Natalie, very attentive, understanding and professional and was more than willing to help. The company sent a plumber out within hours to inspect a water meter leak. The plumber was knowledgeable, efficient, helped identify whether the leak was my responsibility or the city’s and provided a free estimate but did not charge for the service call. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing emergencies!

Rohan, the owner legitimately cares about his customers and his work. He makes a living at it, but it's clear that he does this because he cares about helping people and enjoys the work.

He is always open, honest and communicative. I've used him 3 times. All three he went above and beyond my expectations. Unfortunately, one required a new A/C unit, but we knew that would be coming, just so happens sooner than we would have liked. Rohan gave us a temporary option, that was definitely cheaper, and explained what it meant. There was no pressure to replace the whole unit, but we decided to because we felt it made the most sense.

This is the kind of company you want helping you, especially in emergencies.

Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones. They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL. I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup? I love these guys!
