What a fiasco. They advertise that there is no additional charges on weekends and that they have 1 hour service in Las Vegas. I called on Saturday and it took 1.5 hours before I heard from them. When they called, it wasn't the plumber. It was the office saying they had a missed call from me. I informed the lady that I have a leak and that I gave 100% of my information to the person I spoke to 1.5 hours prior. After several minutes of searching, she found all my info. Supposedly put a rush on my service since I had been waiting for so long. 7 hours later the plumber showed up. I have a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above ground. First, he tries to scare me by telling me my house was built 70 years ago and all the pipes might be weak. I informed him that the entire house was re-plumbed about 15 years ago and this particular pipe with the leak was part of that job. He had to call his supervisor. Came back with a quote of over $700 because he had to dig down 6 inches to ensure he is connecting to good pipe. This is a 20 minute job max. for a plumber. I told him so and sent him on his way.

They offer an excellent apprenticeship program in plumbing. It's a four year program to gain a journeyman card. It is a paid apprenticeship with many phenomenal plumbing contractors involved. As long as you put in the footwork you are guaranteed a promising career that will always be in demand. No matter how bad the economy may be a plumber will always be needed.

HORRIBLE!! Showed up to install a PRV. He walked around my home 3 times, didn't trip over the main water line (couldn't find it), stated he didn't have the tools to do the job, and gave me bill for $50. I'm thinking, he's a plumber that can't find the water line to my home. When I told him $50 seemed a little much for nothing, he argued with me for 20 minutes saying the $50 is for the service call, and was doing me a favor by dropping the price from the usual $110. I'm still confused to what service he gave me. Paid him $50 to leave. What an unprofessional hack. If your job isn't easy money, don't call Jack, he'll charge you even if he can't do the plumbing work.
Called Pure Plumbing, they give FREE (not $50) estimates.

Good, responsive service. Fair price and did just what I needed for installing new water softener. Would recommend.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

Robert helped fix my water heating system, so now there's heat throughout my entire house. He did a great job, quickly and effectively. He came just a few hours after I called. Would call again if needed. Highly recommended. Very nice, fair price and best of all, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
