No words can truly describe how important they made me feel. We had a sewer back up problem which turned out to be tree roots clogging up our sewer line. From the very moment they made contact with me to the moment they completed the work of restoring the line the way it was suppose to function they acted and treated me in a very professional manner. They explained from the start what had to be done and how long it would take. They were true to their word and we experienced very inconvenience. The plumber who actually did the work ( Ben ) was very knowledgeable and explained and showed us what had clogged up the line. But I believe that the person who made us feel more at ease and handled getting our insurance company to authorize work to begin immediately was Denise Miller. She knew that we had sewer back-up into our newly tiled bathroom floors on 2 occasions and made sure repairs would start before it would happen again. What a godsend she was. We would highly recommend A A Cassaro to everyone. Hard these days to find
contractors who are true to their word but this company showed they were. Thanks

Chris is the absolute best! I appreciate that everytime we called for a plumbing problem they sent the same tech without me having to request him. They are professional and call you to let you know when they are arriving. Everytime I called the receptionist is happy and helpful. They were also the only ones who could show up within the hour when our water heater exploded and water was flooding our garage!Chris is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what’s happening along with the solution. He is detail oriented and stays until the job is finished even if it’s a little late. We needed a water heater replaced, water softener replaced, filtered water installed, water pressure regulator, bathtub filters, and a few other things. He was here a lot but very respectful and gave us a great deal. Chris got to know our home and inspected other things to ensure everything was working. His work ethic and kindness makes him the best and I will ONLY call him in the future. Thanks so much!!

Tyler with Plumbing Kings CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE doing a slab leak repair. Tyler ignored my statements that my house smelled like smoke & me visibly seeing smoke come out of the wall in an adjoining room. Tyler then left an active flame to go outside to the street, the flames grew inside my wall so I called 911 because it was out of control; he NEVER put it out right away. $14,000 in damages according to my insurance company. The owner Steven, as you can see in his unprofessional response below, is in utter denial. Catching houses on fire is normal to Steven I guess. My insurance company felt differently along with everyone else who's seen these pictures. He continually sent harassing letters to my home & threatened to sue us & threatened to put a lien on our home for filing a claim with our insurance company. He denied ever setting our house on fire, never received a simple apology for their negligence, & refused to cooperate with our insurance so they had to sue him. Almost 1 year later court is done & Steven finally paid for the damages caused by their negligence. Steven is still threatening to sue us & making up lies about my husband. I make sure to tell everyone I know to use anyone but Plumbing Kings! Horrible owner horrible business!! Will use Pure Plumbing from here on out they have been wonderful unlike my experience with Plumbing Kings!

My shower handle needed a cartridge and Lee from Jack Dish came out and replaced it very quickly. He was very professional and courteous. Great Service from this Company!
